Captain Sean Carlin: Sean is an avid fisherman who spends most of his year on the water in Alaska and and fishes commercially for tuna in Hawaii during the winter. Sean's main goal on each trip is to give his customers the best fishing experience of their lifetime. Sean has a loyal and growing number of clients (both individual and corporate) who return to fish each year. His customer satisfaction is 100%. There has never been a complaint (really). He gets just as much joy out of watching people land fish as he does catching them himself. Sean definitely has the sickness known as "fish junkie".
Captain Jeremiah Campbell:
Capt. Jeremiah is co-owner and a Coast Guard-licensed Master who occasionally serves as a skipper on the Sea Quest. He was born and raised in Seward, Alaska, and gave six years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is an avid fisherman, hunter, adventurer, and recovering general contractor. Jeremiah is a strong conservationist who supports the sustainable harvest of fish and game. His interest in the outdoors and in sharing the outdoors with others has become a passion. Jeremiah and his lovely wife Angela C. helped establish Alaska Northern Outfitters in 2002.

Campbell Ladies:
Alaska Northern Outfitters is a family business. Angela Campbell (we call her Angela C. to differentiate from Angela B. below) runs the office with help from daughters Anna Campbell and Emma Campbell. Emma also helps keep the Sea Quest squeaky clean in the evenings. Angela C. has been involved in the fishing business in Seward since she was a toddler, and currently spends the winter working with special needs students in the Anchorage school district.

Angela Bailey: Angela B. is a lifetime Seward resident who enjoys fishing and the outdoors as much as any Alaskan. When you call Alaska Northern Outfitters to book a trip there is a good chance you will speak with her. We're certain that you will find her to be helpful and charming. She's quite knowledgeable about fishing, as well as where to stay and other fun activities in Seward, so please ask if you need any help in this regard.

Trevor McCabe (“Silent” Co-Founder): Trevor grew up in Seward with Jeremiah and Ezra.  He now lives mostly in Anchorage (he is therefore known in Seward as an “Anchor-roach”).  Trevor worked as a deckhand in the Seward charter fishing fleet as a teenager.  This is an even earlier photo of Trevor with his dad, Bob McCabe, and one of many fish that Trevor has caught in Seward since the 1970s.  Though Trevor has been to college and law school, he is just an occasional deputy deckhand aboard the Sea Quest. Fancy degrees don’t mean squat when it comes to fishing.

Ezra and Shirley Campbell (Alaska Northern Co-Founders) Shirley and her husband Ezra, co-founders of Alaska Northern Outfitters in 2002 helped establish the professionalism and high standards in service that we carry on today. Ezra continues his passion for fishing in Alaskan waters year round on his 105' tender vessel the "Mary J" but still makes a guest appearances aboard the SeaQuest. He has been known as one of Seward's top producing Captains since the 80's and Shirley has politely tolerated his fishing problem all the while.
